SUPPLEMENTS
In addition to being a privacy/computer nerd, I'm also big into longevity supplements. The following is a list of my current supplement routine. For the most part, I'm not taking these supplements to make up for food deficiencies, but rather add very specific ingredients that aid in the body's ability to function more efficiently and potentially slow the rate of aging.
In addition to these supplements, I also do intermittent fasting most days with an approximate 18:6 ratio and eat a mostly plant based diet. Exercise includes both strength training and cardio.
